We're not saying the Viano isn't cool but the Viano VISION DIAMOND concept just takes it a whole new level, bringing red-carpet status to the segment…

Mercedes-Benz Classic Destroys SL-Class Knock-Off

They say imitation is the highest form of flattery. But, who are "they"? Historically speaking, very few creatives seem happy to have their work copied. Could it be "they" are the imitators? And, if this is the case, doesn't it completely discredit the old adage? ...John Sisson Motors Mercedes-Benz located at 470 Washington Road Washington, PA 15301 is willing to bet the Tri-Pointed Star was more irritated than flattered when German customs personnel recently handed over a SL-Class knock-off.

We'll leave the offending company unnamed. But, essentially, they committed serious trademark infringement on the SL-Class SL300. More than…

Mercedes-Benz Gets Creative with Latest Ad in Berlin

A recent ad by Mercedes-Benz connect with drivers in Berlin. They engineered an interactive advertisement, then proceeded to post it in the famous Friedrichstrasse subway station.  It was officially called "Key to Viano", which promoted the Viano van (unfortunately not available in the U.S.). This add gave pedestrians the ability to alter the image of the advertisement.

The question Mercedes-Benz so carefully pondered in developing "Key to Viano" is: What item do most all travelers have on them at all times? The answer is, of course, their car keys. And so, the "Key to Viano" campaign was born.

The 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class in Detroit

It's hard to believe the first time the Mercedes-Benz SL-Class sports car was introduced to the global auto market was all the way back in 1952. In its latest form, the 2013 SL-Class doesn't look a day over one.

Having officially debuted in Detroit, at the North American International Auto Show, the new 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class features a seriously-trim aluminum body that weighs roughly 275 pounds less than the 2011 model-year SL-Class.  The Mercedes-Benz engineer credited with the super-lightweight body, Thomas Rudlaff, equates the significant drop to a large passenger getting out of the car.

What exactly does…
